This session is for adults only.

Our talented tutor will introduce you to the potter’s wheel and the basics of throwing. After an expert demonstration, you’ll be guided through the steps to centre the clay and throw a basic shape.

We also talk you through the ‘clay journey’ – explaining the different processes your pot will go through before you return to collect it.

Please note this is a session where you generally don’t keep what you have made, but if you do wish to keep your clay creations, there is a small additional cost for us to fire and glaze your creations of £3 per pot. You will be given this option at the end of the session.
