Nottingham Ceramic School are pleased to be hosting a workshop by Anna Binns on Saturday 5th October 2024 from 10-1

Anna is a ceramic artist known for her figurative work and her sense of fun, her artistic exploration with clay delves into an inner world populated by quirky and smile raising kiln folk and kiln creatures.  In this class you will be encouraged to give reign to your own sense of fun and create an imaginary wee beastie.

Previous experience not needed, no worries if you’re a beginner Anna will guide you you through the making process step by step so that you are comfortable.

During the class you will learn the techniques of earthenware sculpting required to produce your very own beastie with your very own personal touches.

All materials plus two firings and glazing are included in this 3 hour class. Equipment needed, an apron or overall and a few small soft brushes of your own, sculpting tools will be provided.

Cost is £60 for 3 hour workshop including all materials and firing
